Banana Cake

Banana Cake (on request)
(If you want to make muffins, just divide the mixture into muffin trays, adjust cooking time and viola done!)Enjoy!

125g of Butter
1 Cup of Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
3 Bananas
1 Tspn of Baking Powder
2 Tbspn of Milk
1 ½ Cups of Self-Raising Flour
Topping:-
2 Tbspn of Brown Sugar
1 Tbspn of Butter
2 Tbspn of Milk
Qty of Icing Sugar
Walnuts

Cream together the butter and sugar, add the eggs and beat well. Mash the bananas, dissolve the baking powder in the milk. Add the bananas. Combine the banana mixture with the butter mixture, stir in the flour.
Place in an 8’ sandwich tin which has been greased. Bake in a moderate oven for 25 minutes.
For the topping:- Cream the sugar and butter. Add the milk and then enough icing sugar to make a nice consistency. Top with walnuts.
