Apple Crumble - Microwave

6 Medium Cooking Apples
½ Cup of Sugar to Taste
½ Tspn of Cinnamon
½ Tspn of Ground Cloves
1 Cup of Plain Flour
60-90 Grams of Butter
Extra Sugar & Cinnamon

Peel and slice the apples and put into a deep pie dish (23cm) or casserole dish. Sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon and cloves. Cover with waxed paper and cook on HIGH for 5 minutes while making the crumble topping. Put flour into a mixing bowl and rub in the butter. Sprinkle this mixture over the apples and top with extra sugar and cinnamon. Return to the microwave and cook for 3-4 minutes on HIGH. For a browner top, place under a heated griller for 1-2 minutes.
