Cheesy Spinach Quiches

3 Sheets of Rolled Puff Pastry
125g of Grated Tasty Cheese
2 Spinach Leaves, Shredded
½ Small Onion, Chopped
1 Egg
3 Tbspn of Cream
1 Tbspn of Finely Chopped Parsley
1 Tbspn French Mustard
Seasoning to Taste
Optional:- Bacon, Chopped

Cut the pastry into 6cm rounds with a pastry cutter and press into shallow patty tins. Combine all the remaining ingredients and divide equally between the pastry cases. Bake at 200.C for approx. 20 minutes or until cooked.
Variation:- May be made as one large quiche if desired.
