Chicken Balls

1kg of Chicken Thighs, Minced
80g of Dried Breadcrumbs
4 Spring Onions, Sliced
1 Tbspn Coriander Powder
3 Tbspn of Sweet Chilli Sauce
2 Tbspn Lemon or Lime Juice.

Preheat oven to 200’C. Mix mince, breadcrumbs, spring onions, coriander, chilli sauce and lemon juice.
Form mixture into walnut sized balls. Place on baking tray and cook for
15-20 minutes.
Serve with soy sauce or sweet chilli sauce.
