Lemon Garlic Chicken Wings

1kg of Chicken Wings
2 Tbspn Dark Soy Sauce
1 Tbspn of Oil
1 ½ Tbspn Lemon Juice
1 Tbspn of Honey
1 Chicken Stock Cube
2 Cloves of Garlic, Crushed
1 Tspn Grated Fresh Ginger

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, cover and refrigerate for several hours, or overnight. Drain wings, reserve marinade. Place wings in an ovenproof dish, bake in a moderately hot oven for 35 minutes or until wings are tender, brushing occasionally with the reserved marinade.
