Oriental Spicy Chicken Drumsticks

¼ Cup of Soy Sauce
1 Clove of Garlic, Crushed
1 Tspn of Freshly Grated Ginger
1 Chicken & Garlic Stock Cube
2 Tbspn of Dry Sherry
1 Tbspn of Honey
1kg of Chicken Drumsticks

Combine all ingredients, except the chicken in a bowl. Mix well. Add drumsticks, cover and refrigerate overnight; stirring occasionally. Place drumsticks in a baking dish and pour over the marinade. Bake in a moderate oven for 35-40 minutes. Baste occasionally with the pan juices during the cooking. Serve with rice.
